In recent years the addition of so many musical styles have emerged. Many people now want to learn how to play guitar. Unfortunately, most want-to-be-guitar player never made it through to learn three chords. As a guitarist myself, I know the challenge of learning to play musical instruments. I also know how to handle most of these challenges. In this article I will discuss some challenges to  learn how to play guitar, and solutions to these challenges.

1. Learning to play the guitar requires hard work

The only place that success comes before hard work in the dictionary. No matter how much God-given ability that you have, you are not exempt from hard work. If you really want to learn how to play guitar or any instrument in this case, except maybe the kazoo, you must develop the habit of practicing. It takes an average of 21 days to develop a new habit. One thing that will help is to set aside a certain time each day for exercise and stick to this schedule even when you do not feel like it. Do not just planning to find time to fit in practice because it will never happen. You must schedule a 30-60 minute block of time each day. It really just depends on how much you want to learn how to play and how much you are willing to sacrifice to achieve this goal.

2. Learning to play guitar is sick finger.

During the first few weeks learning to play guitar, your fingers will be sore until you have developed calluses on the tips of your fingers. This is an unavoidable fact learn to play guitar and unfortunately many people quit because of pain. Great news that it was only temporary since you practice regularly. The more you practice, the faster your fingers will stop hurting.

3. Learning to play guitar you need to play “may not enjoy.

Most people want to learn guitar because they are inspired by someone or by some really cool riffs. Unfortunately, most of the songs of love and desire to play are just out of your league at first. You must first take the time to learn a lot of basic fundamentals such as chords, simple chord progressions and scale before you can overcome your favorite solos. Many people stopped trying to learn guitar because they are so bored with the basics. Worth-while most efforts in this life will require discipline required to bear a small step. Remember that you must crawl before you can walk.

4. Learning guitar takes good teaching.

There are some good guitar instructor and some bad. Before you spend money only with difficulty on every person who claims that he can teach you to play the guitar, check this guy out. Some of the best guitarists I know are self-taught. If you are self-motivated type of person, I would highly recommend this last option for you. There are a large number of resources to help you learn how to play guitar.
Playing guitar is fun and rewarding, but it will take hard work and patience. If you really want to play, continue to dream about playing your favorite song or riff and keep this vision in front of you. If you’ve dreamed of playing guitar, go for your dreams.
